Is car rental a good Idea?

Many people who travel are not content with having to take public transit around during their trips. So the big question in this case is should I rent a car? If you are in in north america during your visit then definitely, car insurance is cheap or even free and usually at a standard rate so whoever you are you get the same price as everyone else. If though you are traveling within Europe then your millage may vary (no pun intended) The big tourist places ie UK are a great place to drive since roads are meant for car but in smaller countries then probably the answer is no because traffic might be hectic and roads may be smaller than you are used to. If that is the case then you might want to consider motor scooters since these are cheap to run and the insurance cost is next to nothing
